Make Specials Order
If you have any specials order for products that we don’t
have in our list please email us all your details requirement
with the code, quantities, sizes, color and any other details
you required to balinesefurnitures@kayukayu.com
Minimum Order
For wholesale orders the minimum requirement for handicrafts,
batik, and ceramics is US$ 1,000 and the minimum requirement
for furniture is one 20 ft container and the minimum order
quantity for each item will apply.
We can provide wholesale mixed orders for handicrafts, batik,
ceramics and furniture.
We cannot take the order for wholesale orders less than the
minimum quantity required (for lower quantities, please send
us an email using balinesefurnitures@kayukayu.com
with all your details requirement).
Payment
50% deposit is required by bank transfer to confirm your order
and the balance should be paid when the items are ready for
shipment.

We can accept your payment in Indonesian Rupiah or US-Dollar
If you choose Indonesian Rupiah you will be required to convert
your payment into Rupiah prior to transfer. The exchange rate
will be set at less than the actual bank rate to compensate
for any fluctuations that may occur between the time of transfer
and receiving the payment.
We understand that some of our customers do not wish to use
bank transfers as a method of payment. For this reason we
accept payment by credit card and we accept any major credit
cards.
Prices
Our wholesale prices are quoted in US-Dollars and are not
FOB (Freight On Board). Our prices exclude shipping and handling
charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
but will be updated on the website when they occur.

We make the effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent
condition. If you have a damaged or missing part, contact

If products have been damaged during the shipping, please
