Please submit your order clearly with the code, quantities,
sizes, color and any other details you required to balinesefurnitures@kayukayu.com
Make Specials Order
If you have any specials order for products that we don’t
have in our list please email us all your details requirement
with the code, quantities, sizes, color and any other details
you required to balinesefurnitures@kayukayu.com
Minimum Order
For retailer orders we do not require any minimum order quantity.
We can provide retailer buyer mixed orders for handicrafts,
batik, ceramics and furniture.
Payment
For retail order and sample order we require full payment
in advanced. Payment can be made by credit card and bank transfer.
For credit card payment we require to fulfill our credit card
authorization form which will be sent to you later and copy
of your identity. All this documents are required based on
Indonesia Bank Regulations.

We can accept your payment in Indonesian Rupiah or US-Dollar
If you choose Indonesian Rupiah you will be required to convert
your payment into Rupiah prior to transfer. The exchange rate
will be set at less than the actual bank rate to compensate
for any fluctuations that may occur between the time of transfer
and receiving the payment.
Prices
Our retail prices are quoted in US-Dollars and are not FOB
(Freight On Board). Our prices exclude shipping and handling
charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
but will be updated on the website when they occur.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise:
We make the effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent
condition. If you have a damaged or missing part, contact

If products have been damaged during the shipping, please
contact us immediately at: balinesefurnitures@kayukayu.com
